Mentor (Accountability Partner)
Unlike training, which is done by a supervisor or trainer as part of a mandatory skills education program, mentoring is a relationship between two people in the same profession, with one person taking the role of teacher and the other taking the role of student. It can be performed in an individualized or in a group setting. We offer both, mentoring and training individually or in group settings.
A trusted mentor can help you do the following: Gain valuable advice – Mentors can offer valuable insight into what it takes to get ahead. ... Advance your career – A mentor helps you stay focused and on track in your career through advice, skills development, networking, and so on...
A mentor will act as a trusted confidant over a flexible period of time. I
Your mentor will:
offer an outside perspective
listen, confidentially, to the things that are worrying you
help you by sharing their own experience of both failure and success
give friendly, unbiased support
provide honest and constructive feedback
be a sounding board for ideas
help you with your decision making by suggesting alternatives based on personal experience
provide contacts and networks to further your personal and business development
provide ongoing support and encouragement
Your mentor will not:
provide a professional counseling service
give specific technical business advice, which would normally be provided by an expert business adviser
provide a training service
provide a coaching service (relating to specific business-related tasks, goals, and objectives)
take responsibility for the success away from you,

Our Pearl process is a 6 month anointing process and a 6 month beautification process. Each month, starting with the black pearl, signifies where a person is in the process. The subscription includes a monthly "Treasure Box" with everything you need to become your best for the man that is waiting to find you; and a personal customer care assistant to pray with and walk with you through your journey. This 12 month process should be repeated as often as necessary to peel away the layers.
